Cherilyn's Story
At L-W, I rang up good grades, hung out with some great, smart people, and was a music geek, being in both band and choir.
After graduation, I shook the New Lenox earth from my feet and headed off for Grand Rapids, MI where I went to college and graduated with a bachelor's, majoring in English and minoring in journalism. Much to my surprise, I got married right out of college to an amazing guy, and we're celebrating 16 years of marriage!

rried, but have finally settled in Montana, where we have a mini-farm. I'm a local food geek, so we try to grow or raise our own.
We have three incredible boys whom I homeschool, but NOT for religious reasons. I thought about how much wasted time there was in school and chose to give them more freedom as they learned about life and the world.
I won't be taking the mule train from the mountains to attend the reunion in the prairies of IL this summer, but I hope everyone has a great time!
